Milea

Refund policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This page explains how refunds work for Milea purchases. It applies to purchases made on the Milea web app (app.milea.pro). Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google Play under their own refund rules (see the end of this page).

Subscriptions (Standard, Pro, Max)

If you are a first-time subscriber, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. This is meant for trying Milea and finding it is not for you, so it applies once per customer: it does not apply to someone who has subscribed to Milea before. After the 14 days, or for later payments, those payments are not refunded (except as described below), but you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

If a renewal was charged and you did not mean to keep the plan, contact us within 14 days of the renewal. If you have barely used the plan in that period, we will refund that payment.

Extra receipt scans (top-up)

A top-up is a one-time purchase of extra receipt scans and related allowances for your account. It is available on the Pro and Max plans, is used after your monthly allowance runs out, and stays on your account, so you can use it whenever you have an active Pro or Max plan. You can ask for a refund within 14 days if you have not used any of the scans in it. Once scans from a top-up have been used, that purchase is no longer refundable. When a top-up is refunded, the extra scans are taken back from your account.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@milea.pro from the address of your Milea account, or use the link in your purchase receipt. We aim to answer within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and can take a few days to show up depending on your bank.

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app

Apple and Google handle payment and refunds for purchases made in their stores. Request those from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory).
